After a bad experience at another dealership, I reached out to Rob about a vehicle and he was on it. Because of personal preferences I wasn't satisfied with the original car they had for me but of course I had my eye on something else and HE MADE IT HAPPEN. Layne and Marcus were also a HUGE help.
